Shipping

I ship worldwide from Wellington, NZ, through NZ Post, and all orders are tracked. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order has been processed and handed to the courier. Once it's collected, I'm not responsible for delivery delays - these come down to the courier and customs, not me.

Duties and import taxes

If you're ordering from the US, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the price you pay is the full landed cost - no extra charges when your parcel arrives.

If you're ordering from the EU, duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are payable by you as the receiver - these aren't included in your order total.

For other countries, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes on arrival, depending on your country's customs rules. These aren't included in your order total and are outside my control.
