Description

An easy to use solution for carrying more gear on your bike. Load it up with your favourite dry bag or tent and enjoy the ride. Pair with a Front Loader for a nifty pocket and extra storage.

The Heaphy Harness uses two straps on the handlebar and one head tube strap. This coupled with our custom reinforcing creates a super secure harness. Please ensure you have enough clearance between handlebars and tyre to run the dry bag/item of your choice.

Please note, dry bag is not included, but may be purchased separately.

Handlebar straps

I found the ladderlock with buckle on handlebar straps is tricky to put the strap through because the end of strap is folded and too thick. I unsewn the folded portion and worked fine after it.

Have tried a few different harness systems and this one is a winner. Set and forget. The locking buckles at the front are gold, easy to operate and stop the dreaded strap creep. Its my second piece of stealth gear (framebag) and equally as good, no doubt I'll be back for more :)

Just what we needed

Really useful, sturdy, pragmatic and well-thought out piece of kit. It makes it easy to carry a giant dry bag without it getting tangled in cables or light mounts etc. nice!

Fantastic harness for first time bikepacking!

Great first outing

Took the Heaphy Harness with a 9 litre drybag on the Queen Charlotte Track this weekend. So secure and no change in bike handling even on steep, rocky descents.
I did have to dial the forks back a little to avoid wheel rub on my Epic 29er and it took a little while to sort how to keep the cables running true behind the harness but once it was set up I practically forgot it was there. Awesome piece of kit.
